Summer Research Scholarships are open at The University of Waikato for Australian and new Zealand students, 2019

The Summer Research Scholarships are now open to apply at The University of Waikato, the scholarships are design to provide an opportunity to students currently enrolled in final-year honors or first-year master’s degree program ,or students  enrolled in taught papers at any New Zealand or Australian university and are willing to continue  further study at Waikato.

The scholarships are available in undergraduate degree program in any of the subject available at university   for Australian and New Zealand students

The University of Waikato is generally known to be source of providing larger no of scholarships to number of students to help them, successfully achieving their goals.

Directions to Apply: Firstly  an online application should be submitted by all the students who are not part of the Waikato university  through MyWaikato portal. The link of application form is given at the bottom .Students are free to apply for three projects, in preference order. Offered Projects 2019/2020 are –

  •  Division of Arts Law Psychology and Social Sciences,
  • Division of Education, Faculty of Maori and Indigenous Studies,
  • Division of Health Engineering Computing and Science,
  • Waikato Management School, and External Projects

  • Eligible Subjects :   Subjects available at university
  • Other requirements:
  • Student must be student at university in one of the following programs
  1. Undergraduate degree
  2. Final year honors degree
  3.  First-year master’s degree taught papers only
  • Students have to show capability to gain credits for the research.
  • Candidates enrolled in taught papers and a thesis will only be eligible to apply if they are still in their initial year of admission in a master degree
  • More chances stand for applicants who are determined to  continue their study at the University of Waikato afterward the conclusion of the their chosen  program
